Tallay is built on community, connection, and a belief in doing things differently. It’s about being part of something that goes beyond the work—supporting local initiatives, showing up for people, and creating spaces where real relationships can grow.

Community is woven into the story of our founders, Elisha and Tom. Tom co-founded People in Strata, a not-for-profit association bringing together strata professionals in a supportive environment. He also serves on the Strata Community Australia (QLD) Education Committee and sits on the board of Gold Coast Rugby, combining his passion for teamwork with community engagement.

Elisha’s long-standing involvement in the equestrian community as a state and national competitor, coach, and mentor, reflects the same spirit of dedication. Her commitment to service extended into her legal career through roles with the Gold Coast District Law Association and the Gold Coast Community Fund, a charity that has raised over $20 million to support locals in need.

That sense of contribution is shared by our wider team. Jordan and her family give back while travelling around Australia, collecting roadside rubbish and donating clothes, toys, and essentials to local charities. Sharon supports the Animal Welfare League and uses her network within the Gold Coast–Tweed region to mentor and connect with other small business owners.

At Tallay, community isn’t something we talk about—it’s something we live. From industry leadership to grassroots efforts, we believe in using our experience and mobility to make a positive impact wherever we are.
